A family, a name and a room full of art
D'Antigua opened around 2003 on Northern Boulevard. Owner Diana Narvaiz and her extended family set out to create a multicultural place that combined Latin cuisine, drinks, music and art.
The name means “antique,” and the room played with it: crystal chandeliers, velvet sofas, retro vinyl banquettes and artwork and sculpture on the walls — a lounge feel that drew a younger crowd.
